This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Ailm Medical, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Ailm Medical”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the ailmmedical.com website (the “Site”). Information You Voluntarily Provide Ailm Medical

You may use the Site anonymously without providing Ailm Medical with any information about yourself.

Ailm Medical only collects personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide, such as: (i) when you request Ailm Medical to contact you by providing your name and email address through the “Schedule Your Event” tab on the Site, (ii) when you provide your name, address, email address, phone number driver’s license or other personal ID information, insurance information or other demographic information through the “Portal” tab on the Site, or (iii) in connection with other activities, services, features or resources Ailm Medical makes available on the Site from time to time. Users may decline to supply personally identifiable information, however this may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities or utilizing certain resources on the Site.

Other Information Ailm Medical Collects
